• Calculate recommended dose for Lonsurf by entering patient weight and height or through using patient Body surface area.
• Apply dose reduction to calculate recommended starting dosage for special population.
• Specify the tablets combination needed from 20 mg and 15 mg concentrations for Every dose.
• Specify the number of boxes needed from 20 mg and 15 mg concentrations to complete one treatment cycle.
